The brochure is a copy of our mailer and includes information about the location and schedule for the conference. The registration form is the page from the brochure that needs to be filled out and submitted for conference registration. Important Hotel Information
The conference will be held at the Best Western Hotel, in the heart of Annecy's town center. There is a reduced rate for conference participants, which they may take advantage of by reserving a room with the hotel registration form, below.

Annecy is situated just 40 km from Geneva and the international airport.
There is a regular coach service running between Annecy and Geneva. Tickets cost around €21 return. The journey takes one to two hours depending upon the route and time of day. The service is reduced on Sundays and public holidays.
Taxis are available and can be booked in advance through the IFALPES office. A taxi from the airport to Annecy costs €115. The transfer takes 40 minutes depending upon traffic conditions.
Trains run from Geneva Central Station to Annecy Station. A one way ticket costs around €30. The journey takes 1 hour and 50 minutes. To get from the station to the Conference site or hotels, there are buses or taxis at the station.
Annecy is 125 km from Lyon, and the airport is situated on the outskirts: St. Exupery.
A regular coach service runs between the airport and Annecy with at least 6 coaches per day. The cost of a one way ticket is around €35, and the journey takes about an hour-and-a-half. The service is reduced on Sundays and public holidays.
Taxis are available and can be booked through the IFALPES office. A taxi from the St. Exupery airport costs €140. The transfer takes 1 hour and 30 minutes depending upon traffic conditions.
Trains run from St. Exupery to Annecy Station. A one way ticket costs around €60 and the journey takes about an hour-and-a-half. To get from Annecy Station to the Conference site or hotels, there are buses or taxis at the station.
Annecy is 560 km from the French capital, Paris
The cheapest and quickest way to get from any of the Parisian airports to Annecy is by train. TGV (Train Grand Vitesse) leaves from Paris Gare de Lyon and takes under four hours to reach Annecy. Ticket prices vary depending on time of day, when the ticket is booked, etc.
